On 15th, March, 2022, at Hanoi National Meeting Center, The Ceremony of Honoring the Leading Real Estate Brands in 2021-2022 and The Spring Real Estate Forum 2nd were held. At this event, 365 gambling was honored to be ranked in the top 10 best real estate service suppliers in 2021.

On 22nd, February, 2022, at Tam Nong District, Phu Tho Province, the general constructor – 365 gambling and T&T Group (the investor) started to construct Phu Tho eco-tourism, resort and golf course project.

The Phu Tho eco-tourism, resort and golf course project has nearly 500 hectares�?area; therefore, this is the largest scale ecotourism project in Phu Tho Province. This project is invested about 35.000 billion. In which, the 36-hole golf course occupies about 161 hectares, the eco-tourism and resort area is planned with 5 functional subdivisions: The Tam Nong 1 golf course with an area of nearly 93 hectares; the Tam Nong 2 golf course covers an area of nearly 75 hectares; the Quang Huc urban area is nearly 37 hectares; the Tam Nong urban area over 21 hectares; and finally, the Tam Nong eco-tourism and resort area has an area of 272 hectares.

In 2020 �?a year of many difficulties, especially the effects from Covid-19 global pandemic, from natural disasters in the Central of Vietnam, 365 gambling experienced many difficulties and challenges. Profit500 Ranking – Top 500 most profitable enterprises in Vietnam in 2020 is a ranking to honor enterprises, which capable of creating good profits for the development of Vietnam economy. In the framework of announcing Profit500 Ranking, Vietnam Report also conducted a study to survey enterprises with good business performance in order to find out the current business situation of enterprises, fluctuations affecting growth profits of the business, the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the business and production activities of the enterprise and the orientation in the “new normal” period.

The world operates in a completely different way at the turn of the new millennium. In 2020, the whole mankind faced with the dangers of the Covid-19 pandemic. This not only threatens people’s lives but also has negative impacts on the global economy, Vietnam is no exception. Many Vietnam enterprises, even the big ones in the market was also affected by the pandemic’s impact. According to the Vietnam Report’s survey, there were about 60% of enterprises which had had the revenue in the first 6 months of 2020 decreased compared to the same period in 2019, nearly 15% of enterprises had dramatically decreasing revenue. Similarly, the profit situation was not very satisfactory when 54% of enterprises said that their pre-tax profit in the first 6 months of 2020 had been decreased compared to the same period in 2019, especially of these, up to 31% of enterprises had been suffered from a sharp decline in profit, even a serious loss.

Recognizing the difficulties from the pandemic’s impacts as well as the instability of the world economic and political situation, many businesses adjusted their 2020 business plans to be more suitable and closer to reality. This was clearly shown when 77.1% of enterprises responding to the survey that they had completed over 50% of their 2020 revenue plan, of which 36.1% had completed over 80% of the plan. Regarding the level of completion of profits in 2020, 68.9% of enterprises said that they had completed over 50% of the plan, 31.1% of which had completed over 80% of the plan for the whole 2020. The survey above implemented by Vietnam Report in August 2020, so when it had passed more than half of the way to 2020, there were still enterprises maintaining good growth momentum with very positive business results.

According to the Vietnam Profit500 Ranking in 2020, 365 gambling was still ranked at the 314th position in the Top 500 most profitable enterprises in Vietnam in 2020.
